We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Campaign Operations Manager. The role involves managing campaign setup, tracking, and performance monitoring across web and app platforms while ensuring accurate data and smooth campaign execution.

What You'll Do 

  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup across multiple digital platforms (Web & App) 
  • Handle campaign tracking and monitoring to ensure accurate performance measurement.
  • Create, implement, and manage tracking pixels across different marketing platforms.
  • Ensure proper campaign tracking integration for web and mobile applications.
  • Work with CRM platforms such as HubSpot for campaign management, lead tracking, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and optimization.

Who You Are 

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in operations within the digital marketing industry (Affiliate Marketing, Media Marketing, Performance Marketing)
  • Education: Bachelor’s /Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including affiliate marketing, Agency Handling, Media marketing, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics
  • Strong go-getter attitude with the ability to take initiative
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of web business and performance marketing ecosystem.
  • Basic knowledge of campaign tracking, attribution, and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or similar platforms.
