Last week, the AnyMind Vietnam team came together for Year End Party 2025 – a night that was more than a celebration. It was a moment to pause, reflect, and look back on a year that reshaped how we think, work, and grow together.
Rise Beyond – The Spirit of YEP 2025
“Rise Beyond” was more than an event theme; it reflected the way our Vietnam teams navigated the year. Rising beyond old structures to build stronger foundations, and beyond perceived limits to challenge what once felt impossible.
2025: A Year of Transformation
For Vietnam, 2025 was truly a year of transformation. We chose to take the harder path to strengthen our foundations and raise standards across teams. The strategic M&A with Vibula reinforced our long-term direction, expanding our live-commerce capabilities and strengthening our position as a BPaaS company across marketing, e-commerce, and digital transformation.
It was also a year of constant motion. Challenges arrived one after another, but teams stayed aligned and resilient, turning pressure into progress and uncertainty into momentum.
Beyond outcomes, YEP 2025 shifted the spotlight to what mattered most: the people behind the progress. Teams who stepped up during moments of change. Leaders who made tough decisions with the organization’s long-term health in mind. Individuals who consistently delivered, often quietly, but always with impact.
At the heart of this journey was trust – trust in teams to execute, trust in leaders to guide through complexity, and trust that when people move in the same direction, performance will naturally follow.
A Night of Recognition, Connection, and Shared Energy
YEP 2025 was not only reflective, but also vibrant and deeply connective. Carefully designed activities brought teams closer together, breaking boundaries across functions, levels, and offices.
From Individual Awards to Project Awards, the night honored those who drove change, embodied ownership, and served as the backbone of collective growth.
Creativity and team spirit also took center stage. Teams brought their energy and talents to the stage through internal performances, interactive games, and King & Queen competition, filling the room with laughter, cheers, and genuine joy.
Carrying the Momentum Forward
As the night came to a close, YEP 2025 marked not an ending, but a transition. It reflected a shared belief that the challenges of the past year have shaped a more focused, resilient, and united Vietnam team.
