AnyMind Group, a BPaaS company for marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, has today announced updates to its AI live commerce platform, AnyLive. The updates are designed to deliver more engaging viewer experiences and provide enterprises with deeper insights across both human-led and AI-fronted live commerce.
Already available to existing customers, the latest updates include improvements to its AI avatar model and enhancements to human and AI live commerce analytics.
Live commerce continues to gain momentum across APAC. In Southeast Asia, a Momentum Works report estimated that “Content Commerce” (commerce that includes live, video and content affiliates) will reach US$77.9 billion in 2026, a 57% year-on-year growth from 2025. In South Korea, the live shopping market was reported to have grown 2.4 times over the past three years, reaching US$3.2 billion in 2025. A consumer survey conducted by Dentsu Digital showed that the share of consumers in Japan who had used live commerce nearly quadrupled in a year, from 1.6% in 2024 to 6.0% in 2025.
However, as live commerce becomes a more established part of the e-commerce mix, enterprises face growing expectations to deliver more engaging and natural viewer experiences while continuously improving livestream performance. At the same time, insights from human-led and AI-fronted livestreams can remain fragmented, making it difficult for enterprises to build a holistic understanding of what drives engagement and conversion across their live commerce activities.
AI avatar model enhancements
AnyLive’s generative model stack has been enhanced to deliver more lifelike AI avatars, with improved body movements, facial expressions and lip-sync accuracy. Users can also customize elements such as clothing, products, makeup and hairstyles more easily, while reduced response latency enables more natural interactions with viewers.
In addition, AI avatars can now be generated directly from existing video footage, removing the need for dedicated local shoots and making it easier for brands to create and deploy avatars across markets. Digital twins of brand mascots can also be created.
Deeper insights into both human and AI live commerce
Available across account, brand and individual livestream views, users can access deeper analytics and recommendations for both human and AI live commerce. In addition to metrics such as sales and interaction data, users can access platform comparisons, conversion funnel analysis, performance diagnostics, and AI-generated learnings and recommendations, enabling teams to better understand what drives livestream performance and identify areas for improvement.
On the latest updates to AnyLive, Akinori Kubo, Managing Director, Global E-Commerce, AnyMind Group, said: “True to our mission to excite consumers together, we believe the next phase of live commerce will be driven by how effectively businesses combine human creativity with AI-enabled intelligence. The latest updates to AnyLive are designed to help businesses deliver more engaging viewer experiences while gaining a deeper understanding of what drives performance across both human-led and AI-fronted livestreams. We will continue to enhance AnyLive to help enterprises continuously improve how they engage consumers through live commerce.”
