AnyMind Group, a BPaaS company for marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, has today announced the launch of cross-border e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (D2C) support for Japanese brands leveraging the Chinese social media platform Xiaohongshu, including account and shop setup support, marketing and promotion support, and operations, back office and data support.

The initiative aims to help fashion, cosmetics, and lifestyle brands with established domestic recognition build official sales channels and manage localized content for consumers in China.

Consumer behavior in the Chinese market has shifted toward content-driven brand understanding and trust alongside standard price promotions. Simultaneously, cross-border purchases by Chinese consumers from Japanese businesses continue to expand, representing significant growth opportunities for Japanese brands.

Xiaohongshu has become a primary platform for information gathering and product comparison among users interested in fashion, cosmetics, and lifestyle, integrating content creation, live commerce, and e-commerce functionalities. To achieve sustainable growth in this environment, brands require an integrated operational setup that covers localized content strategies, creator collaborations, live commerce execution, and seamless post-purchase customer support.
