AnyMind Group sets up AI App Studio to develop applications using GenAI and LLMs

The new unit looks to enhance practical application and research of GenAI and LLMs, and strengthen engineer recruitment in its five engineering hubs across Asia, including the recently launched hub in Hangzhou

AnyMind Group, a BPaaS company for marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, has today announced that it has set up a new unit called “AI App Studio” to drive the development of applications that utilize generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) technology and large-language models (LLMs).

The unit will work on integrating AI technologies into the company’s proprietary platforms, with the objective of helping enterprises solve challenges by leveraging and maximizing GenAI and LLMs. In addition, the company is actively recruiting engineers for a variety of AI-related positions across its five engineering hubs, including the most recently launched hub in Hangzhou, China. The other four engineering hubs are in Tokyo, Japan; Bangkok, Thailand; Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; and Bangalore, India.

The focus areas of the AI App Studio include:

  • Engineer recruitment – including the hiring of data engineers, AI engineers and project managers, who will work on the development of applications that utilize generative AI and LLMs
  • Industry collaboration and education – from strengthening of collaborations with partners such as Google Cloud’s Generative AI ecosystem to hosting conferences to share AI advancements and use cases
  • Value enhancement – providing tailored AI solutions through platforms such as AnyAI and developing cost-optimized, AI-driven solutions

On the launch of AI App Studio, Kosuke Sogo, CEO and co-founder of AnyMind Group, said: “Early projects have proven successful, and we are looking to further enhance the AI technologies we have developed, and continue to solve issues faced by enterprises. In addition, we would like to welcome engineers who share our vision and want to create the future of business together with us.”

Currently, the company has launched 11 proprietary platforms that serve enterprises, publishers and creators, with a core element on each platform being the utilization of data. In addition, Southeast Asia, where the company was founded and is still operating in, has an AI adoption rate that is more than 30% higher than traditionally more mature regions such as Japan and Singapore, making it one of the most promising regions for AI.

In 2023, the company launched AI Lab, a research team that looked into the possibilities of integrating GenAI technologies into the company’s products, and in 2024, the company started integrating these technologies into existing platforms, along with the development of AnyAI, a data and AI utilization platform, and AnyLive, a Gen-AI powered live commerce platform.
