Corporate Compliance & Pharmacist

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented professional to serve as the vital link between our operations and regulatory excellence. You won’t just manage the flow of goods; you will ensure that every product we sell meets the highest legal and ethical standards for e-commerce.

What You'll Do

• Process accreditation documents for e-commerce fulfillment in compliance with FDA
• Ensure compliance with FDA and ASC (Ad Standards Council) requirements
• Maintain and update product certifications and licenses
• Coordinate with internal teams and regulatory bodies
• Monitor regulatory and policy updates

Who You Are

• Licensed Pharmacist in the Philippines
• At least 1 year of experience in documentation or regulatory work
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skill
