- 具媒體行銷產業企劃或B2B業務經驗者
- 平常喜歡看各種Youtuber和網紅的內容、了解各類型創作者的特色
- 對於網路熱門事物有高敏銳度
- 注重細節、擅長溝通、高效率、有幽默感
- 具備高抗壓性、高責任感、自我要求高
- 習慣以成效數字管理自己的工作
- 1 年以上媒體銷售或媒體策劃
- 有與網紅/創作者合作經驗為佳
- 有豐富代理商聯繫經驗大加分
- 中文精通，英語中等
- 具批判性思維和邏輯推理
- 良好人際交往、溝通及表達能力
- 注重結果，注重細節，組織良好，有責任感
