What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, arranging interviews

- Facilitate in new hire onboarding and orientation

- Regular reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.

- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions to enhance our talent pipeline

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to recruitment activities, including candidate records and interview feedback

 

Payroll

- Monthly payroll processing

- Consolidate attendance records, leave records, and other relevant data to ensure accuracy of payroll processing.

- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide assistance in resolving issues.

- Collaborate with finance department to reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with regulations

 

Employee Engagement

- Involved in planning, organizing and execution of employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.

- Contribute ideas to enhance the employee experience and promote a positive workplace culture.

- Collect feedback from employees through surveys

 

Administrative HR

- Maintaining employee records, updating HRIS databases, and preparing HR documents such as reports, letters and employment contracts.

- Work pass related mattersInternal communications to employees and responding to MOM surveys

- Assist in offboarding process of leaving employee

- Support in ad-hoc HR projects, initiatives and related matters as assigned.

 

Who You Are

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource

  • Prior experience in recruitment (internal TA); experience in payroll is a plus

  • Well organised with high level of accountability, professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

  • Good knowledge of MOM employment law and work pass regulations in Singapore

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive, positive and a team player

  • Well versed in MS Office
