Sales Account Manager (Creator Growth)

What You Will Do
- Manage current accounts for long term success
- Lead and build Creator Growth sales team
- Oversees sales activities and develops relationships with customers (focus: Virtual Influencer project)
- Coordinate internal / external sales campaigns: Virtual influencer, Channel management, Production services, reporting, etc
- Monitoring sales and Productions
- Cross Collaborate with internal/ external teams and implement workflow
- Developing new sales opportunities
- Supervising and mentoring the team to achieve given requirements
Who You Are
- A recognized Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the same position
- Proven experience in a sales position
- Fluent English
- Proven experience/Knowledge in Production services
- Knowledge of Digital platforms such as Youtube, Facebook and TikTok & media running
- Leadership skill (Manage a team at least 2-3 members)
- Excellent project management skills, with experience of managing budgets, estimates and schedules
- Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines
- Prior experience in agencies partner relationship management is mandatory
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, problem solving and leadership skills
