Publisher Growth Executive (Digital Advertising) – Freelance Contract

As a Digital Ads Operations Executive (Publisher Growth) Freelancer, you will support the execution of Google's Revenue GrowthLab program by working closely with publishers to optimize their digital advertising revenue. You will coordinate publisher onboarding, manage day-to-day program operations, support implementation of Google advertising solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about digital advertising, analytics, and client success, and offers excellent exposure to the AdTech and publisher ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- End-to-end Program Management
- Lead daily operations and execution of the Revenue GrowthLab program
- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders (Google), and publishers
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Component A (diagnosis) and Component B (implementation support)
- Publisher Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Identify, approach, and onboard eligible publishers into the program
- Lead outreach, prepare materials, and schedule onboarding calls
- Present the program and value proposition to C-level decision-makers at publishers
- Maintain strong relationships and act as the main liaison throughout the program
- Consultation & Implementation Support
- Conduct 1:1 sessions with publishers to guide revenue diagnosis and optimization
- Coordinate with tech/media teams to support Google product adoption (GAM, RRM, GA4, etc.)
- Organize and facilitate cohort-based learning sessions
- Project Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain weekly reporting and publisher trackers
- Deliver key outputs: 12 publisher audit reports, bi-weekly progress updates, 6 bilingual case studies, final impact report & handover package
Who You Are
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Information Technology, or other related disciplines.
- 0–2 years of working experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Advertising, Publisher Operations, Account Management, Ad Operations, Media, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, especially those that wish to learn about Digital Advertising.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in engaging external partners.
- Highly organized with strong project coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
- Familiarity with Google products (e.g., Google Ad Manager, GA4, Google AdSense, Google Analytics) is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple publisher accounts simultaneously
