Key Account Executive, B2B

Responsibilities
- Support the management of existing B2B accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with clients regarding orders, promotions, business requirements, and operational matters.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to grow account revenue and improve client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests.
- Handle account-related issues and provide effective solutions to maintain service quality.
- Support the achievement of sales and business targets for assigned accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or related fields.
- Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Fluent in English is a plus.
