Key Account Executive, B2B

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of existing B2B accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding orders, promotions, business requirements, and operational matters.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to grow account revenue and improve client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests.
  • Handle account-related issues and provide effective solutions to maintain service quality.
  • Support the achievement of sales and business targets for assigned accounts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Fluent in English is a plus.
