Senior Talent Acqusition Business Partner, People

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner Senior Executive will support end-to-end hiring activities and daily people operations to ensure efficient recruitment processes and smooth employee experience across assigned teams while acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders. The position will focus on recruitment delivery, HR coordination, employee operations, and day-to-day people support, while working closely with TA Manager and Head of People to support business and organizational needs.

 

What You Will Do

Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles, from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer management and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
  • Manage candidate experience to ensure positive candidate outcomes
  • Using standardized screening techniques, assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Coordinate with Hiring Managers on best hiring practices and decisions, advise stakeholders on talent market insights, hiring trends, and candidate availability.
  • Coordinate with the HR & Communications Team to organize engagement activities and develop materials for employer branding.
  • Manage the onboarding process and contribute to improving employee experience
  • Support the departments as needed

People Partner:

  • Coordinating with the Head of People in executing people initiatives and day-to-day HR partnering activities across assigned departments.
  • Act as HR PIC for assigned departments on daily people-related matters, supporting the full employee lifecycle from hire to retire. 
  • Manage and coordinate performance review cycles, including timeline tracking and process communication.
  • Ensure consistent and fair application of policies and practices, balancing business needs with employee experience
  • Support managers on operational people matters including attendance follow-up, employee concerns, and team coordination.
  • Prepare talent reports, workforce data, and people insights for business reviews
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects and operational tasks assigned by the People team.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required 
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the full life cycle of recruitment, TABP is a must, and experience in the Digital Marketing, E-commerce industry is a plus.
  • Proven experience in HR generalist, People Partner role is a plus.
  • Strong in utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to drive networking and candidate pool development.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills with ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor market trends, and employer branding.
  • Strong growth-mindset 
  • Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility
  • Good command of English
