Senior Executive, Business Development (Global Team)

This is an important sales and strategy role for a bilingual expert (Korean and Japanese) in AnyMind Korea, which works for the Global Hong Kong Team. You will not focus on cold-calling. Instead, you will help Korean brands successfully enter and grow in the Japanese market. Your main goal is to use AnyMind’s Influencer Marketing and Digital Marketing services to create a winning plan for brands. You will help Korean companies grow their business in Japan smoothly and profitably.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Deal Closing: Lead the "final mile" of the sales process, converting high-value opportunities into long-term partnerships through expert-level negotiation and pitching.
• Solution & Proposal Design: Build customized, high-impact marketing solutions that align AnyMind’s services with the specific growth goals of Korean and Japanese brands.
• Cross-Border Growth Orchestration:
          - Korea to Japan: Collaborate with our Japanese execution teams to convert Korean client goals into localized, high-performance marketing strategies.
          - Japan to Korea: Direct the market-entry strategy for Japanese clients, safeguarding brand identity while optimizing for the unique dynamics of the Korean digital landscape.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Advise clients on the cultural nuances and digital trends of both the Korean and Japanese markets to ensure cross-border campaign success.
• Internal Collaboration: Lead cross-functional communication to guarantee that every solution delivered exceeds client expectations and drives internal growth.

Who You Are

• At least 5 years of experience in Digital Media or Agency sales, specializing in Strategic Planning and building Long-Term Brand Partnerships.
• Expertise in crafting data-driven, creative narratives through high-impact proposals and presentations that win strategic partnerships.
• Deep understanding of the Influencer Marketing ecosystem (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc.) and the gaming sector.
• Native Korean proficiency paired with Professional Japanese or Chinese both speaking and writing (Japanese is highly preferred for KR-JP working collaboration)
• Expert at managing cross-functional relationships to ensure client solutions are both innovative and profitable.
• Proven ability to lead and refine strategies in a fast-moving, agile environment.
