As an HR Executive, you will be the backbone of HR operations, providing critical support in C&B, recruitment, and strategic initiatives. This role requires exceptional execution and attention to detail. You will collaborate closely with the TA Partner and Regional HR to ensure HR strategies are translated into actionable results, supporting the organization’s growth in a dynamic environment.
What You Will Do
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employment contract maintenance.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and generate regular HR analytics reports.
- Optimize internal administrative workflows while ensuring compliance with the latest labor laws.
- Assist with payroll and bonus preparation to ensure all data is accurate.
- Handle employee benefits administration, including insurance, subsidies, and vendor relations.
- Support C&B projects, such as annual merit reviews and market compensation survey data collection.
- Execute recruitment logistics, including job postings, interview scheduling, and campus/internship programs.
- Source and screen candidates in collaboration with the TA Partner to shorten the hiring cycle.
- Drive HR strategic initiatives, such as employer branding, engagement surveys, and performance management.
- Partner with the Regional HR team to seamlessly implement regional policies at the local level.
- Act as an internal communication bridge to handle employee relations and foster a positive corporate culture.
- Adapt to organizational growth by dynamically taking on cross-departmental or cross-regional HR tasks as needed.
