Working directly with sales leadership, you will identify operational bottlenecks and deploy AI-driven solutions that significantly accelerate our regional sales cycle.

What You'll Do

  • Identify operational bottlenecks within the sales process and develop custom, AI-driven automation chains to resolve them.
  • Manage and optimize regional digital advertising campaigns across programmatic, social, and mobile platforms to ensure client KPIs are achieved.
  • Perform deep-dive data analysis to generate weekly and ad-hoc reports featuring meaningful audience and brand insights for strategic clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Sales, Creative, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot pacing issues and fortify client pitches with technical innovation.
  • Develop and execute media plans and tactical solutions based on specific client success metrics and desired campaign results.

Who You Are

  • A Sales-Tech Hybrid with a "figure-it-out" mindset, capable of mastering new AI tools and libraries independently and rapidly.
  • Proficient in prompt engineering and technical literacy, with experience connecting AI APIs to build multi-step automation.
  • Skilled in Python, SQL, and AI-augmented coding environments like Cursor.
  • An expert storyteller who can translate raw datasets into persuasive, executive-ready commercial narratives.
  • Possess "Radical Curiosity" and a "Bias for Action"—you prioritize high-impact functional tools over theoretical perfection.
  • Currently based in Singapore and able to commit to a full-time internship for 3–6 months without sponsorship.

Nice To Have

  • Previous experience managing programmatic RTB or regional LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
  • Familiarity with building data-driven sales workflows in a fast-paced IT or startup environment.
