AI Innovation Executive

As an AI Innovation Executive, you are a core driver of technological innovation within the team. You possess a solid understanding of AI tools and their practical applications in a business context. You will independently manage AI-driven projects—ranging from high-quality content creation to workflow optimization—and contribute directly to AnyMind’s innovation pipeline. Your role is to bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution, ensuring that AI-driven solutions are both impactful and reliable.

 

What You'll Do

• AI Project Execution: Independently manage the end-to-end process of AI content creation or workflow automation projects, such as producing a series of AI videos or automating a key workflow.
• Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine sophisticated prompts to achieve desired, high-quality outputs from various generative AI models (text, image, and video).
• Process Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to existing manual processes to enhance team efficiency.
• Quality Control: Establish and maintain the quality and consistency of AI-generated content and the reliability of automated workflows before final delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative and operational teams to understand their pain points and provide tailored AI-driven solutions.
• Tech Support & Innovation: Support the team in facilitating the use of emerging AI technologies (e.g., AnyLive, AnyTag) and assist in the refinement of these models based on feedback.

 

 

Who You Are

Must Have

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience in digital marketing, creative content, or a technology-driven role. Experience within an advertising or digital agency is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Digital Media, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field that blends creative communication with technical logic.
• Generative AI Tools: Proficient in using platforms such as DALL-E, MidJourney, and video generation tools.
• Prompt Engineering: Advanced ability to engineer prompts for diverse business and creative problems.
• Language: Good command of English and Thai (both written and spoken) for effective communication with internal teams and regional partners.
• Soft Skills: Analytical thinker, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude.

 

Nice to Have

• Automation Platforms: Proficient in using automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier) to streamline workflows.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and basic graphic/video design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
• Agency Experience: Candidates with experience in a Digital Agency or Tech Start-up will be given special consideration.
• Design Skills: Basic proficiency in design or editing tools (such as Adobe Suite, Canva, or CapCut) is required to effectively integrate with AI-driven workflows.
