What You’ll Do
- Input and manage data for KOLs, influencers, and affiliates involved in projects, including profiles, categories, costs/commissions, and performance details
- Track and summarize monthly costs and/or payouts per KOL, influencer, or affiliate by project
- Research and identify suitable KOLs, influencers, and affiliates across social media platforms based on client and leader requirements
- Communicate campaign briefs clearly to KOLs, influencers, and affiliates to ensure alignment with client expectations
- Monitor campaigns in real time, including content delivery, timelines, and basic performance metrics
- Support campaign optimization and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Who You Are
- Fresh graduate or final-year student in a related major (Marketing, Communication, Business, etc.)
- Self-motivated, fast learner with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Social media savvy with strong knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Google, and others
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Sheets, especially for data tracking and reporting
