AI-Native Graduate Trainee

Our AI-Native Graduate Trainee Programme is a 12-month, hands-on start to a robust career in e-commerce at AnyMind Group. From your very first month, you will work on real brand stores and leverage real data, working alongside the advanced AI agents—AnyAI and AnyAgent—that our own teams built and use daily. You will be acting as a strategic backbone in our operations, mastering data insights to drive decisions, and handing off operational tasks to AI for maximum efficiency. With a dedicated mentor in every team you join, this programme is designed to accelerate your growth through immersive, real-world client work rather than simulated training exercises. Trainees who meet our high performance standards will be offered a permanent role at the end of the 12 months.

What You'll Do

• Manage product SKUs, promotions, vouchers, and inventory for leading brand stores
• Support customer service on store issues while tracking daily sales and order statuses
• Analyze Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to conduct market research and support client strategies
• Utilize AnyAI to extract actionable insights from store and campaign data in seconds
• Leverage AnyAgent to accelerate daily tasks and reporting, learning how to give clear instructions and refine AI outputs
• Transition into a specialized team during Months 11-12 based on your strengths, graduating with a future-ready, AI-integrated workflow

Who You Are

• A degree in any field, graduating by December 2026, or possessing up to 1 year of work experience
• Highly comfortable with numbers, data, and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
• Deeply curious about online selling, data analytics, and AI technology, with a strong willingness to learn fast
• A clear and professional communicator in English

Nice To Have

• Fluency in Bahasa Melayu and/or Mandarin is a strong plus
• Former Arche interns are highly encouraged and welcome to apply
