Deputy Head of Creator Growth

The Deputy Head of Creator Growth will be a strategic leader within our Creator Network pillar (AnyCreator). This role is pivotal in driving the expansion of our influencer and creator ecosystem in Indonesia. You will lead a high-performing team of approximately 10 people to acquire, manage, and monetize top-tier talent across platforms like TikTok and YouTube, ensuring AnyMind remains the preferred partner for creators seeking to scale their digital presence and commercial impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Leadership & Business Growth: Define and execute the local go-to-market strategy for Creator Growth, aligning with AnyMind’s regional objectives to dominate the Indonesian Creator Network space.
• P&L Management: Take full ownership of the department’s P&L, ensuring sustainable revenue growth through diverse monetization streams including platform revenue sharing, brand collaborations, and e-commerce integration.
• Creator Acquisition & Retention: Lead the identification and onboarding of high-potential creators (Mega, Macro, and Micro). Develop robust retention programs to maintain long-term partnerships and high engagement levels.
• Team Management & Development: Directly manage and mentor a team of Creator Growth Managers and Specialists. Foster a culture of excellence, data-driven decision-making, and aggressive market pursuit.
• Cross-Pillar Synergy: Collaborate closely with regional teams and other countries to provide creators with comprehensive growth opportunities and brand partnership deals.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor Indonesian digital landscape trends, competitor movements (MCNs and Talent Agencies), and platform algorithm updates to pivot strategies proactively.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the digital media, creator economy, or technology industry in Indonesia.
• Expert ability to develop and lead a long-term strategic vision, driving innovation and tangible business growth with creator network
• A sharp commercial instinct with a proven record of turning growth strategies into substantial P&L gains and high-margin revenue streams.
• Proven success in scaling talent networks or managing large-scale creator/influencer programs in Indonesia.
• Deep connections within the Indonesian creator ecosystem, platform partners (TikTok/YouTube), and potential brand advertisers.
• Professional fluency in English both speaking and writing.
