The “Clear Pad” campaign was strategized into three distinct phases.
1. Algorithm priming through pre-launch seeding: We initiated a pre-hype phase designed to “warm up” platform algorithms and trigger organic discovery. By deploying teaser content and early-stage seeding, we built a data-backed foundation of consumer interest, ensuring maximum visibility for the official launch.
2. Credibility anchoring through medical authority: To bridge the gap between hype and trust, we centered the launch on a private medical panel featuring dermatologists and pre-test influencers. This expert-led education on ingredient science was amplified by live storytelling from attendees. To drive immediate momentum, the product was launched as a TikTok Shop exclusive during this phase, creating a digital-first sales window before it arrived in physical stores.
3. Social commerce activation and sustained interests: Following the launch event, the strategy shifted to sustained market presence. KOLs disseminated deep-dive content highlighting key learnings and personal experiences from the medical panel.
