AnyMind Group Partners with Calbee to Launch and Support “Body Granola” in Singapore

AnyMind Group, Inc. (CEO: Kosuke Sogo; hereinafter referred to as “AnyMind”) announces that it has commenced support for Calbee, Inc. (President & CEO: Makoto Ehara; hereinafter referred to as “Calbee”) in the expansion of its “Body Granola” service into the Singapore market.

“Body Granola” is a food program that lets users have their gut environment tested and receive personalized granola through a subscription model. Following its successful 2023 launch in Japan, Calbee has been exploring overseas expansion, specifically into the Singapore market, to drive future growth.

To navigate this, Calbee sought a partner that could manage the entire business lifecycle. AnyMind Group stepped in to provide this end-to-end support, seamlessly connecting its Japan and Singapore hubs to handle everything from market research and strategy to e-commerce development and customer service.

As a direct result of this initiative, a dedicated “Body Granola” e-commerce site for the Singapore market officially launched today.

To date, AnyMind Group has completed the following critical phases to ensure a smooth entry into the overseas market:

  • Conducted comprehensive research on Asian markets, including Singapore, focusing on market environments and consumer trends.
  • Research on cross-border shipping and delivery.

  • Formulated localized sales plans and go-to-market strategies for the Singapore market.
  • Completed the construction and official launch of the dedicated e-commerce site for Singapore.


Ongoing and future support initiatives:

  • Continuous management and maintenance of the e-commerce site.
  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns for the Singapore market, leveraging the influencer marketing platform, AnyTag, for strategic implementation and data analysis.

  • Managing customer service operations, including handling inquiries received through the e-commerce platform and other touchpoints.
