Arche Digital’s founder visits our Tokyo office!

Steven Tan, the founder of Arche Digital – a company that we announced plans to acquire in March this year – recently visited our Tokyo office! We held a meet-up with the team, here’s a recap!

First up, Kosuke Sogo, CEO of AnyMind Group, who flew into Tokyo to welcome Steven, shared about the purpose of AnyMind’s M&A activities, the background of this particular M&A, and the synergies expected from the collaboration between Arche Digital and AnyMind.

Next, Steven introduced himself and dived into an introduction of Arche Digital’s business. Based in Malaysia, Arche Digital is an e-commerce enabler that provides comprehensive support for e-commerce operations and marketing. Since its founding, Arche Digital has supported the e-commerce business of various companies, including global skincare and daily necessities brands, handling over one million orders.





Steven had great support for this session, where AnyMind’s other co-founder, Otohiko (Oto) Kozutsumi, who was also visiting Tokyo at this time, helped Steven to translate the more technical words into Japanese.





A Q&A session with Steven covered a wide range of topics, from “Reasons for joining AnyMind” to specialized questions about “Malaysia’s e-commerce and logistics landscape.”





The event concluded with a group photo and a social gathering with Steven, and everyone enjoyed cake together.



The M&A completion is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2024. We will work together to drive the business forward and contribute to the growth of enterprises!
