AnyMind Group releases Q1 2024 earnings

AnyMind Group [TSE:5027], a BPaaS company for marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, has today announced its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2024. Please see below for some highlights pertaining to the company’s Q1 2024 earnings disclosure.

• Revenue increased 60% year-on-year (YoY) to ¥10.5 billion, gross profit increased by 57% YoY to ¥3.8 billion
• Operating income increased ¥417 million YoY to ¥356 million; Adjusted EBITDA increased ¥491 million to ¥672 million
• Gross profit in the company’s three main business units remained steady: Marketing Platforms (+42% YoY to ¥1.8 billion), Partner Growth Platforms (+73% YoY to ¥1.3 billion), and D2C Platforms (+82% YoY to ¥718 million)
• The agreed acquisition of Malaysia-based e-commerce enabler, Arche Digital, is expected to be completed in Q2 2024
• The company’s annual forecast for 2024, announced on February 14, 2024, remains unchanged
