Senior Manager, Supply Chain and Fulfillment Operations

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Fulfillment Operations is a key strategic leadership role responsible for the end-to-end management of all fulfillment operations and inventory planning. This role is crucial for establishing the company's new import-related functions from the ground up. You will lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams, drive operational and strategic initiatives, and develop workflows to ensure organizational scalability, operational excellence, and superior service performance in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
What You'll Do
- Strategic Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, including planning and operational managers/executives. Develop a high-performing team culture through structured coaching and align team objectives with the broader company strategy.
- End-to-End Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Provide strategic oversight of inventory planning and forecasting processes. Lead initiatives to optimize stock levels, improve inventory accuracy (reduce stockouts, minimize aging stock), and collaborate with commercial and finance teams.
- New Function Setup (Import & Compliance): Lead the design, implementation, and governance of all import operations, including creating workflows, SOPs, and documentation standards. Ensure full regulatory compliance, including processes for Thai FDA (อย.) and customs.
- Stakeholder and Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the primary point of contact for fulfillment and inventory matters. Coordinate closely with E-commerce Operations, Key Account Management (KAM), Warehouse Operations, and Customer Service, especially during major sales events.
- Financial & Performance Oversight: Own and manage the department's budget (P&L total stock cover day). Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency, inventory health, and cost performance, providing analytical reports to senior management.
Who You Are
- At least 5–8 years of direct experience in E-commerce, Fulfillment, Supply Chain, and offline B2B operations, with strong digital commerce exposure
- Proven experience managing e-commerce fulfillment for platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Shopify, particularly during major sales events ("Double Digit Days")
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Possess strong analytical skills, excellent leadership, communication, and presentation capabilities.
- Good at Excel and google sheet
- Operational Know-how: Proficient in project management and continuous process improvement frameworks
- Ability to work at both the Head Office (Emporium) and sometimes at the Warehouse (Wang Noi, Ayutthaya)
- Knowledge and practical understanding of AI adaptation within supply chain or operations
