AnyMind Group, a technology solutions provider for the advertising, influencer marketing and human resource industries, has today launched Digital-Out-of-Home (DOOH) media packages in Thailand by collaborating with VGI Public Company Limited (VGI), the marketing service operator providing fully integrated offline and online solutions across the platforms of advertising, payment, and logistics through their joint venture named “VGI AnyMind Technology”.
Looking at the recent business developments, VGI has invested in Plan B Media Plc, placing both companies at the top of Thailand’s OOH market, taking over more than 70% of Thailand’s OOH market. Meanwhile, AnyMind Group has also developed and launched its DOOH marketplace, enabling marketers in Thailand to access OOH inventory through digital means.
A report by MarketsandMarkets expects DOOH to grow substantially globally to US$32.1 billion within the next 5 years, with a CAGR of 10.7%. Looking at Thailand in particular, the digital and online media continues to grow rapidly supported by its flexibility and scalability. Figures released by the Digital Advertising Association Thailand indicated that Thai digital and online advertisement spending has grown at a CAGR of 31.9% in the past 5 years. Moreover, despite a tapering growth in overall adspend, OOH media has been bucking the trend with 7.8% CAGR over the past 5 years. This reflects a rising popularity of digital and online media working reciprocally with the DOOH landscape.
Through AnyMind Group’s DOOH Marketplace, marketers in Thailand will have immediate and direct access to the combined OOH advertising inventory of VGI and Plan B, increased efficiency in OOH media buying, and transparency into pricing and targeted audience size, with the creative directly sent and scheduled through the platform.
VGI AnyMind Technology will offer the following packages in Bangkok, Thailand, designed for domestic and foreign small and medium enterprises (SMEs) looking to engage outdoor audiences in Bangkok, including high traffic locations such as Sathorn, Sukhumvit, Asok, Rama 4 and more.
