Tell us about your prior work experience

Prior to joining AnyMind Group, I was a software developer for 2 years. My responsibilities included building a back-end web server and developing desktop applications. I also did some research into the application of natural language processing (NLP) on bioinformatics problems. This experience put me in good stead to understand and balance the unique needs of data science on user-friendly software.

AnyMind Group All-Hands Meeting – January 2019

What a year 2018 was! Check out our quick summary of the past year at AnyMind Group. The AnyMind Group family across Asia got together once again in Bangkok, a market that will become even more important for us in the coming year.

At the start of 2018, we had 250 staff across nine markets - a substantial feat for a then two-year-old company. We’re now reaching our third year, with over 360 staff in 11 markets across Asia. We just can’t stop growing!

Hey everybody! My name is Shodai Fujita. A lot of my friends just call me by my first name. I was born and raised in Yokohama, Japan and graduated from university around half a year ago. I joined AnyMind Group’s AdAsia Holdings, full-time in April 2018.

I’ve experienced a lot of exciting things in my life such as a long-term internship for a startup company, studying abroad in Italy, etc. These experiences gave me the motivation to work in a startup company somewhere outside of Japan.
