Sales Admin Intern,Influencer Marketing

As a Sales Admin Intern, you will support the team by managing sales documents, processing orders, and tracking project liquidation and payments in the advertising industry. And also assist with invoice management and provide general support as needed
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with the team to define the terminology of project liquidation in the advertising industry.
- Follow up with the team to obtain comprehensive sales supporting documents (Contracts, Liquidation, Invoice, prepare payment & PO for KOL etc.)
- Follow up on project liquidation and payment progress.
- Processing a high volume of product orders.
- Processing invoices for all sales transactions.
- Support others tasks if needed.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree, fresh graduates, or students in the final year of university with majors in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Commerce…
- Eloquent in English and Vietnamese.
- Good communication skills.
- Good organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems).
- Be careful and be able to work with numbers and paperwork.
- Ability to work in multicultural teams.
- No working experiences are required, although students with dynamic experience in school/social activities are preferred
