TalentMind launches calendar and organization chart features for TalentMind People

To drive greater user experience and platform functionality, TalentMind, a human resource solutions provider and part of AnyMind Group, has today launched an organization chart and calendar feature for TalentMind People.

The organization chart on TalentMind People provides employees with a snapshot of an organization’s structure, reporting lines and line managers, making it easier to find key, relevant and appropriate personnel.

The calendar feature provides human resource (HR) professionals and employees with an overview of upcoming public and business holidays, along with leave absence from employees.

These new features are aimed at enabling more insights into employee movements and drive more efficiency through a single platform for human resource professionals.

At present, TalentMind People, a human resource management system, offers HR professionals with key human resource management functions and insights including leave and absence management, time tracking, an employee database, organization chart and employee calendar.

TalentMind People can also be used in parallel with TalentMind Screening, a recruitment platform that leverages on AI to screen employees, and an easy-to-use applicant tracking system (ATS) that allows HR and recruitment professionals to manage all their hiring activity through a single platform.
