HR Admin Executive (Open to Fresh Graduate)

We’re seeking a motivated, people-oriented HR Executive to join our Malaysia team. In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment across all functions while also supporting administrative operations initiatives. What You'll Do

Recruitment

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Malaysia across all functions — from job scoping to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define hiring priorities.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates through creative channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals).
  • Conduct interviews, schedule assessments, and manage feedback loops.
  • Maintain strong candidate pipeline visibility using the ATS system.
  • Prepare and track recruitment analytics and hiring progress reports.
  • Collaborate with regional HR on urgent or shared hiring projects when needed.

Admin Operations

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Ensure a clean and organized working environment for all employees.
  • Provide administrative support to executives and teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate communication and information flow within the office.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics, catering, and other event-related activities.
  • Manage travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols in the office

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant internship/working experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal skills — approachable, collaborative, and positive.
  • Passionate about HR, recruitment, and administration.
  • Creative and curious about social media trends and employer branding content.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
