Project Management Executive, Global E-commerce (New Graduate is welcome)

Global E-Commerce, Hangzhou

Oversee and manage cross-border e-commerce campaigns across China and SEA markets, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with client expectations
Manage AnyLive’s project timelines, deliverables, and documentation while effectively collaborating with internal teams in Hangzhou and Shenzhen offices to drive campaign success
Support the Head of AnyLive & Global E-commerce, ensuring smooth operations campaign execution and assisting in meeting minutes and follow-ups
Develop compelling cross-border e-commerce campaign proposals in both Chinese and English, tailored to client needs and market trends
Conduct in-depth market research, providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making for global e-commerc
Provide accurate translation support between Chinese and English to facilitate clear communication across teams and markets
Report directly to the Head of AnyLive & Global E-commerce.

Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English (written and spoken) – strong communication skills are essential
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solver with a strategic mindset and a passion for e-commerce
Excellent coordination skills, able to facilitate collaboration between different teams across markets
Experience in e-commerce, live commerce, digital marketing, or project management is a plus.
