As a Sales Manager of Influencer Marketing, you will drive cross-border influencer marketing campaigns for leading Korean brands targeting the Japanese market. This role combines sales and account management, requiring strong relationships with Korean brands and coordination with our Tokyo-based Influencer Management team. Business-level Japanese is required for internal communication.

What You'll Do

  • Sales & Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Korean beauty brands, offering tailored influencer marketing solutions for the Japanese market.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of cross-border influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Internal Coordination: Communicate effectively with the Influencer Management team at the Tokyo office to align on campaign requirements, ensuring smooth collaboration with KOLs in Japan.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on Korean beauty and influencer marketing trends, providing strategic insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales or Account Management at an advertising agency or in a related field.
  • Proven ability to build and manage strong partnerships with brands and agencies.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms, with a proactive approach to staying updated on changes in the influencer landscape.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of successfully executing business plans.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Korean and Japanese (Japanese required for internal communication).
  • English proficiency is a plus and not a must.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
