Senior Media Planning Executive

What You'll Do

  • Strategy Development: works closely with clients to develop and implement effective, digital media strategies that align with their business objectives. This involves conducting market research, analyzing data, and staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: developing and managing the campaign budget. This involves forecasting performance, allocating funds across various channels and tactics, and monitoring spending to ensure the campaign stays within budget.
  • Mentor and monitoring junior staff: leads a team of digital media planners, providing guidance, direction, and feedback to ensure that the team is working efficiently and effectively. This includes setting goals and objectives, providing ongoing training and development, and evaluating team performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: lead discussion with Account teams to develop the strategy campaign. Present the strategy of campaign to the Clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising such new product features, market price, current trends in order to provide the update strategy to Clients

 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor degree from reputable University
  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus as a planner on performance marketing
  • Familiar with online advertising campaign in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360 and perform deep campaign analysis
  • Good knowledge across Digital Marketing tools such as Google Trends, Analytics or Keyword Planner
  • Critical thinking, detail oriented, team work and logical reasoning
  • Passion for digital advertising and have great presentation skills
  • Have a good public speaking skills
