As an Art Director, you will be in charge of providing concept and direction to juniors, contributing to the ideation and conceptualization in the brainstorming process (Focusing on Influencer-led-campaigns). An ideal Art Director will also need to able to work seamlessly with internal team, making sure that creative assets are meet clients' requirements.
What You'll Do
- Own the visual identity across influencer-led campaigns and social content – from concept to execution – ensuring consistent, standout aesthetics that resonate with digital-native audiences.
- Create rapid-turnaround design systems, templates, and visual guidelines for influencers and internal teams to drive consistency at scale.
- Lead a team of designers and motion artists to deliver high-velocity creative output across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok YouTube, and other emerging formats.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, content, and influencer teams to translate ideas into visually impactful and trend-savvy content.
- Monitor cultural, design, and platform trends to push the brand’s visual edge forward – no cookie-cutter thinking, only bold originality.
- Build scalable art processes suited to fast-paced, startup-like operations.
Who You Are
- 5–7 years of experience in digital design/art direction, ideally in tech startups, D2C brands, content studios, or fast-paced social-led environments.
- Proven portfolio across social content, influencer assets, memes, motion graphics, and short-form video design.
- A bias for action – thrives in high-speed environments, delivering multiple iterations with speed and quality.
- Strong leadership abilities to guide and mentor junior creatives, while being hands-on when needed.
- Fluency with tools like Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, After Effects – whatever gets the job done fastest.
- Must be visually agile and trend-aware, understanding what clicks, sticks, and goes viral in the current landscape.
