Senior Executive, Influencer Marketing

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Executive/Senior Executive with deep expertise in China's social media landscape to lead end-to-end campaign strategies, from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms like Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and WeChat, excelling in content creation, data-driven optimization, and seamless coordination of online/offline initiatives. 

What You'll Do

  • Assist the CN team with all aspects of the influencer campaigns, including content creation, crafting a marketing strategy, and executing online & offline campaigns 
  • Conduct various material preparation, including pitch deck, content brief, campaign reports, showcases, etc.
  • Run daily Official Account (OA) maintenance for clients and brands, and evaluate performance for optimization insights
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends of CN social media platforms, especially XHS, Douyin, and WeChat; be able to catch up on recent trends and policies
  • Conduct regular market research with CN/HK vendors to provide reports and campaign showcases to stakeholders
  • Support offline corporate activities, such as KOL seminars, branding sessions, internal trainings, etc.
  • Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, including payment terms and deliverables
  • Establish and maintain solid relationships with key parties,  including but not limited to influencers, MCNs, agency partners and referrals

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or above, or related field
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing in China
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with content creation and digital marketing principles.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and user behaviour on China social media landscape 
  • Strong network with influencer preferred 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in English will be a plus
