Legal Senior Executive

As a legal senior executive, you will oversee comprehensive contract management, regulatory compliance, and litigation matters across multiple locations. Additionally, you will also provide expert legal counsel, ensuring all company activities adhere to legal standards and minimizing risk.

What You Will Do

• Review the contracts both soft files & hard files which are issued both in Hanoi and HCMC
• Preparing the licensing paperwork of all Entities and ensuring submission on time with consistency
• Preparing the Company reports to submit to Gov for all the Company activities
• Support collecting of bad debt of the Company
• Consultation on senior legal understating to PICs, ensuring all the contracts and relevant SoW comply with the law
• Supporting reviewing cross-border Contract
• Managing the storage of all hard copies of the Hanoi Branch, checking the pending documents weekly and collecting from PIC.
• Follow up and manage the litigation issues of the Company.
• Weekly reporting to line manager and ad-hoc.

Who You Are

• Graduated from the University of Law
• Having skills in in-depth research through the internet and other sources, have good communication, and presentation skills.
• Being proactive at work, staying updated on the law, and being able to point out the problem with proper solutions.
• At least 03-4 years in similar roles in the advertising field. Keen on learning with a clear career path
• Proficiency in English (4 skills) and in office software
• A positive thinker, with a can-do attitude, constructive, goal orientation with a teamwork mindset. Aim to complete the task with high commitment.
• High sense of responsibility and have ability to work under high pressure.
• Having a strong legal mindset, willing to keep the standpoint in a good way
• Having analysis skills with strong legal knowledge.
• Having a Lawyer practicing certificate is preferable
• Having experience working in a law firm is preferable
• Open-minded attitude
• Discipline and focused mindset.
