As a Business Development Manager, you will be the key member of a growing the new Hong Kong team focused on the development of innovative sales and marketing solutions that will drive revenue. We need someone who is a mover and a shaker.
What You'll Do
- Manage sales result of the team to achieve monthly target
- Supervise member's work and give advice for better productivity
- Motivate the team to attain the best result among all the teams
- Attend weekly meetings with CEO, Directors, Senior Managers and other managers
- Individually prospect, pitch and close sales for clients
- Support your member with sales activities and planning strategies
- Build good relationship with other departments in all countries, clients and agencies
- Continuously develop yourself and your team to stay on top of the latest industry innovations and trends
- Engage in recruiting new team members, building culture and creating productive environment
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluent English and Cantonese
- 2+ years of experience as Sales with outstanding result
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Advertising Agency or AdTech Company
- Open to multi-national and diverse work environment
- Fun to communicate with
- Familiar with startup culture
