Senior Account Executive, Digital Marketing (Global Clients)

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Senior Account Management Executive to join our D2C E-commerce Enablement team at AnyMind Thailand. In this role, you will manage and assist our client relationships, ensuring their success and satisfaction. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on both local and global businesses and work in a multinational team

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with important clients, being their main point of contact and trusted advisor
• Support clients with marketing and advertising, ensuring successful brand-building in the market
• Track project progress and manage timelines
• Create project schedules based on team evaluations and coordinate client meetings both in and out of the office
• Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to clients, showcasing achievements and proposing improvement strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and client satisfaction, proactively addressing issues and finding solutions
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, expanding client accounts and boosting revenue for mutual success
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to meet client objectives

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree
• At least one year of experience in Account Management in the digital marketing agency industry
• Proficiently in English
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients at all levels
• Strong leadership abilities and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Experience in D2C E-commerce, Advertising agencies and Digital Marketing industry is plus
