As a Senior Business Development professional in our E-commerce Enablement unit, you will be the commercial engine driving this vision across the Indonesian market. You will partner with high-growth and enterprise brands, empowering them to Excite Consumers Together by scaling their digital storefronts and leveraging cutting-edge livestreaming and affiliate commerce strategies. If you are a relentless hunter who thrives on driving GMV growth and owning the end-to-end sales lifecycle, this is your stage to make a massive impact.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Client Acquisition: Own the end-to-end B2B sales cycle. You will aggressively identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities, focusing on high-growth and enterprise-level brands.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain a predictable and consistent sales pipeline. You are expected to proactively update our CRM (e.g., HubSpot) to track progress, revenue forecasts, and client status, ensuring data accuracy for leadership reporting.
- High-Impact Pitching: Execute customized commercial pitches that emphasize advanced e-commerce enablement solutions (livestreaming, affiliate marketing). Use data-driven storytelling—leveraging e-commerce metrics like GMV, GPM, and CTR—to diagnose merchant pain points and present compelling, ROI-driven proposals.
- Consultative Selling: Act as a subject matter expert on the local Indonesian e-commerce ecosystem (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada). Advise clients on market trends and consumer behavior to position AnyMind’s solutions as critical drivers for their business growth.
- Operational Synergy: Collaborate seamlessly with our E-commerce Commercial and Performance Marketing teams. You will lead the "handoff" process, ensuring that the sales-to-onboarding transition is flawless, setting the foundation for long-term client retention and P&L growth.
Who You Are
- At least 3 years in Business Development within e-commerce enablers, digital agencies (live streaming agency or MCN agency), or marketplace platforms.
- Deep tactical understanding of Indonesia's e-commerce ecosystem, livestreaming operations, and affiliate management.
- Highly organized. You treat every prospect as a critical project and ensure zero drop-off during onboarding.
- Data-fluent. You easily leverage e-commerce metrics to diagnose pain points and craft ROI-driven proposals.
- A resilient, target-oriented hunter who takes ownership through ambiguity and pushes through obstacles to close deals.
- Native Bahasa Indonesia and excellent professional English to collaborate with cross-border regional teams and multinational clients/projects
