Executive, E-Commerce KAM (Kota Damansara)

Act as the primary strategic and commercial liaison for assigned brand partners, facilitating regular business reviews, frequent alignment calls, and performance reporting tailored to client needs and campaign cycles.
Manage project timelines and coordinate promotional activities, including live streaming events.
Plan, manage, and utilize platform-specific advertising tools (including in-app ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Build strong client relationships and ensure alignment of marketing efforts with the overall brand strategy through constant communication.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, minimum 1–3+ years of direct experience working within an E-commerce Enabler or Fast-Paced Digital Agency environment.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, proficient in data analysis and performance metrics, with advanced Excel skills.
Excellent English communication (written & spoken) and strong collaboration skills.
Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with proven ability to prioritize effectively.
Results-oriented and target-driven, demonstrating the ability to work independently and take initiative.

Direct prior experience working within an E-commerce Enabler or Digital Agency, managing multi-stakeholder workflows and fast turnaround cycles.
Proven track record of simultaneously managing high-profile across diverse verticals (e.g., FMCG, Beauty & Personal Care, Consumer Electronics, or Fashion).
