The Senior Executive, Account Management at AnyMind Thailand is a pivotal role focused on driving success for direct clients in the dynamic D2C E-commerce and digital marketing landscape. You will cultivate and nurture robust, long-term client relationships, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. This position is instrumental in collaborating within a dynamic multinational team to provide strategic guidance, ensure campaign excellence, and proactively identify upselling opportunities to drive client growth and satisfaction.

 

What You'll Do

  • Client Relationship & Strategy: Develop and maintain robust, long-term client relationships, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Provide strategic guidance to clients on marketing and advertising initiatives, ensuring successful brand development.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand client accounts through upselling and cross-selling, driving revenue growth. Be able to upselling once client's expectation is understood and a business area to grow up is identified.
  • Campaign Management & Execution: Oversee project timelines and deliverables, effectively managing project progress. Plan project timelines for assigned digital marketing campaigns. Understand each project requirement and execute for optimal business results. Create and execute comprehensive project schedules based on team assessments.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and client satisfaction, proactively addressing challenges and implementing solutions. Monitor campaign performance, look out for potential problems, work on solutions to prevent, and stand by to resolve problems (sometimes during weekend). Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting achievements and recommending optimization strategies. Consolidate and customize reports according to client's requirement with key findings and meaningful recommendations.
  • Collaboration & Compliance: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve client objectives. Liaise with relevant departments to acquire support for growing client's business and fulfil contract compliances. Acquiring relevant data and insights for evaluating account's performance and setting digital marketing direction. Coordinate with 3rd parties to fulfill contract compliance.

 

Who You Are

Must have

  • Over 3 years of working experience as Account Executive, Account Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in the digital marketing agency industry (especially Media and Influencer Marketing).
  • Good command of English and Thai.
  • Must have knowledge of AI adaptation in the job.
  • Have excellent knowledge of influencer marketing and media knowledge.

 

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels.
  • Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving Skill.
