[INTERNSHIP] Affiliate Partnership Development

This internship within the Affiliate Partnership Development Team focuses on Platform Partnerships and Revenue Opportunity Development across YouTube, Shopee, and Lazada. The role supports the identification of new business opportunities, understanding partnership models, and translating strategy into real-world execution with creators and platform partners.

 

Who We Are 

               The Creator Growth (CG) business at AnyMind is a two-sided service catering to both 'Content Creators' (including media companies, individual creators, and music artists) who're looking for professional support in production, strategy, and content optimization across major social media platforms, and 'Brands' who interested in an end-to-end marketing funnel driven by creators and content. Our core services include YouTube Reservation Ads for precise content targeting; Creator Utilization to build credibility and deliver targeted content; Affiliate Solution for performance-based eCommerce growth; and Production Services covering graphics, video content, commercial music, and livestreaming. We focus on developing tailored strategies and full-funnel packages to ensure maximum efficiency and deliver measurable, sustainable business results

 

What You'll Do

Platform Partnerships & Revenue Opportunities

• Research and map potential revenue opportunities across YouTube, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Support the analysis of complex deal structures and partnership models specific to each platform.
• Assist the partnership team in exploring and validating new business models (e.g., brand fixed fee / pay-per-post).

 

Creator Performance & Monetization

• Analyze creator performance data to precisely identify monetization potential and growth opportunities.
• Support the use of data to establish a clear connection between content performance and revenue opportunities.

 

Strategy to Execution

• Serve as a link to translate revenue opportunities → creator activation → campaign execution.
• Collaborate closely with Creator teams, Platform teams, and other partnership teams to ensure that operational execution is fully aligned with the overarching business strategy.

 

Coordination & Operational Support

• Coordinate effectively with both internal teams and external platform partners.
• Assist in summarizing insights, progress, and key learnings derived from various partnership initiatives.

 

Who You Are

• A current undergraduate student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communication, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrates a strong interest in platform business, partnerships, and the creator economy.
• Possesses basic analytical and data-handling skills (ability to work with numbers and insights).
• Exhibit good communication skills and the proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
• Proficient in essential tools like Excel / Google Sheets and presentation tools (Slides).
• English communication is a strong plus for this role.
