AnyMind Group創辦人及行政總裁十河宏輔 (Kosuke Sogo) 表示︰「TalentMind成為集團首間在市場推廣及廣告科技領域以外的公司，象徵著我們致力以創新科技實踐於各行各業。AnyMind的命名體現了我們專注為不同行業發展智能解決方案的宗旨。新的標誌設計亦代表我們在全球不同業務發展的決心。我們希望透過人工智能支援方案能真正助長公司和專業人員的業務，並於提升部門間的效率，從而擴大規模。」
AnyMind Group自2016年4月開始發展，當時命名為AdAsia Holdings，成立至今21個月内已將業務擴展至九個國家的10個城市。公司於2016年收入達1,290萬美元，更在2017年維持利潤的情況下，成功錄得30%季度收入增長。在人力資源方面，公司訓劃於2019年由現有的250名員工，發展至400人的團隊。
AnyMind Group創辦人及營運總監小堤音彥 (Otohiko Kozutsumi) 表示︰「公司的增長速度十分理想，但我們希望透過進軍人力資源等市場，進一步提升公司增長，續以創新技術主導市場營銷及廣告的領域。」
除了現有在新加坡、泰國、越南、印尼、柬埔寨、日本、中國、香港及台灣的地區辦公室外，AnyMind Group更計劃於2018年第一個季度進軍馬來西亞及菲律賓，更在2018年內把業務擴展至印度、俄羅斯及阿聯酋。
