AnyMind Group创始人兼首席执行官十河宏辅 (Kosuke Sogo) 表示︰“TalentMind作为集团内第一家处于市场推广及广告科技领域以外的公司，象征着我们将致力于把将更多SaaS（软件即服务）创新科技应用到各行各业。AnyMind的命名体现了我们专注于为不同行业研发智能解决方案的宗旨。新的商标设计则代表了我们在全球发展不同业务的决心。我们希望能通过人工智能解决方案，真正帮助不同公司和专业人员提升各个部门间的效率，并从而扩大公司规模。”
AnyMind Group自2016年4月开始运营，原名为AdAsia Holdings，在成立至今的21个月内已将业务扩展至九个国家的10个城市。公司在2016年的收入达到1,290万美元，2017年更在维持获利的情况下，成功实现每个季度相较前一季度有30%的收入增长。在人力资源方面，公司计划于2019年将团队由现有的250名员工发展至400人。
AnyMind Group创始人兼首席运营官小堤音彦 (Otohiko Kozutsumi) 表示︰“现阶段公司的增长速度十分理想，但我们希望通过进军人力资源等市场，进一步提升公司增长，并继续以创新的技术主导市场营销和广告两大领域。”
除了现有的位于新加坡、泰国、越南、印度尼西亚、柬埔寨、日本、中国、香港及台湾地区的办公室外，AnyMind Group更计划于2018年第一季度进军马来西亚及菲律宾，并且在年内将业务扩展至印度、俄罗斯和阿联酋。
