旨在以人工智能科技重塑各行各业的 AnyMind Group今天宣布推出TalentMind，为其下一个崭新的子公司，透过人工智能技术，提升招聘过程效率的平台。人力资源专家能透过该平台的自然语言处理技术、个人档案分析和机器学习，筛选和分析求职者，以配对至合适的公司。此整合式平台将分四个阶段推出：

确定和分析组织的能力架构，并自订实时改进的招聘模式

直接与求职者在平台上联系

根据机构的招聘和人力资源模式，为求职者和雇主作配对
求职者在TalentMind平台开设个人档案后，招聘者和人力资源专家就可利用求职者的社交媒体和履历数据，以进一步了解对方的行为、性格特征、能力，以及与相关职位的合适程度。
人力资源专家能利用平台的学习运算方法，根据求职者回应招聘者和接受取录的机率、现有的企业文化和优秀员工的特质，自订实时优化的招聘模式。 AnyMind Group最近委任了Hitomedia行政总裁、创办人及主席森田正康 (Masayasu Morita) 为顾问，并将由他的监督下继续发展此AI引擎。
这些招聘模式将会用作为求职者和机构作配对，让雇主寻找最合适其招聘需要和企业文化的人选。
AnyMind Group创办人及行政总裁十河宏辅(Kosuke Sogo) 表示：「我们过去20个月快速增加员工人数，期间发现招聘过程中有多个可以改良的空间。我们的人力资源部现已将TalentMind整合至他们的工作流程，更利用平台来为这新增的业务招聘另一队全新的团队。」
TalentMind是运用与姊妹公司CastingAsia相似，为针对KOL市场推广 (Influencer Marketing) 的人工智能引擎。
十河表示：「我们已积极采用人工智能引擎去配对社交媒体的KOL和相关品牌，亦将继往开来，拓展至人力资源行业。我们最终的目标是为各行业的专家提供不同的人工智能方案，让他们在工作上作出明智的决定。」
AnyMind Group自2016年4月开始发展，当时命名为AdAsia Holdings，成立至今21个月内已将业务扩展至九个国家的10个城市，员工人数超过250人。 AnyMind Group计划2018年底扩展至14个国家的15个城市，并将员工规模增至400人。
