AnyMind Group 發表 2024 Q3 財報

行銷、電子商務和數位轉型的 BPaaS 科技公司 AnyMind Group [TSE:5027] 今日公布 2024 年第三季財報，請見下方財報重點整理：

營收 YoY 增長53%，達到130億日元；毛利YoY 增長46%，達到47億日元。

營業收入YoY 增加 4.86 億日元，達到 7.08 億日元；調整後的 EBITDA YoY 增加 5.72億日元，達到 10 億日元。

三大業務單位的毛利均持續成長：行銷平台（ YoY +33%，達22億日元）、夥伴成長平台（ YoY +56%，達16億日元）以及 D2C 與電商平台（ YoY +65%，達 9.32 億日元）。

AnyMind Group 最近收購的兩家公司在併購後的淨銷售額和毛利均顯著上升。在2023年4月至2024年9月期間：

Digital Distribusi Indonesia 的淨銷售額成長 111%，毛利成長 124%。

Arche Digital 的總銷售額成長40%，毛利成長 50%。
