AnyLive is an AI-powered Live Commerce Platform designed to revolutionize online shopping by providing 24/7 AI-driven live streaming that enhances engagement, drives conversions, and maximizes e-commerce sales.
We’re seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive AnyLive’s expansion across SEA and South Korea. You’ll act as a product expert, supporting sales and managing Korean client accounts to ensure smooth onboarding, retention, and growth.

What You'll Do

AnyLive

  • Account Management: Manage and develop Korean brand partnerships for AnyLive, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Master the AnyLive Solution: Gain an in-depth understanding of AnyLive’s features, capabilities, and value proposition.
  • Support Sales Teams: Assist sales members in selling the product by providing in-depth technical knowledge, case studies, and best practices.
  • Product Education & Training: Educate internal teams, including sales and account management, on AnyLive’s functionalities, updates, and industry applications.
  • Client Technical Consultation: Join client meetings to provide technical expertise, clarify AnyLive’s capabilities, and address any concerns.
  • Regional Oversight: Manage AnyLive-related sales and support across multiple SEA markets, ensuring smooth execution and adoption of the platform.

E-Commerce

  • Brand & Product Evaluation – Assess brand potential and product viability in collaboration with the BD team.
  • SEA Team Communication – Ensure the SEA team understands the e-commerce processes, solutions, and execution plans.
  • P&L Evaluation – Work with local teams to analyze and optimize profit & loss performance.
  • Market Expansion Strategy – Identify and implement strategies to expand brands across different SEA markets.
  • Sales & Marketing Coordination – Align with local teams on promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and seasonal sales plans.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Oversight – Work with local teams to ensure efficient stock management and avoid over/understocking issues.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Track key e-commerce metrics, analyze performance data, and provide insights for business growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with finance, logistics, and marketing teams to optimize the e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure compliance with regional regulations, platform policies, and company standards.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, pre-sales, or product consultation in E-commerce, SaaS or AI solutions.
  • Ability to translate technical product features into business value for different stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to educate sales teams and pitch to clients effectively.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional SEA language is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce, live commerce, or AI-driven marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in live commerce, digital marketing, or project management is a plus.
