As our Graphic Designer, you’ll create digital and social work that brings ideas to life and helps us excite together.

What You’ll Do

• Creative Execution: Create digital artworks and social assets based on creative concepts and visual direction.

• Design Adaptation: Adapt designs across platforms, formats, and content needs.
• Visual Craft: Apply strong fundamentals in layout, typography, colour, and image treatment.
• Quality Control: Ensure all artworks are accurate, polished, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work with Art Directors and Senior Designers to deliver creative work efficiently.
• Innovation: Keep up with design trends, social formats, and emerging creative tools.

Who You Are

• Experience: 1- 3 years in graphic design, with experience in digital, social, or Social Outreach projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Arts, or a related field.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Motion/video and AI design tools are a plus.
• Soft Skills: Good communication, time management, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Mindset: Detail-oriented, collaborative, open to feedback, and eager to grow.
