Procurement Intern, Procurement

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated Procurement Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the heart of our operations, helping to ensure financial accuracy and service quality across our digital campaigns. You will bridge the gap between our project needs and vendor execution, supporting everything from influencer sourcing to contract management. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a desire to learn how a professional international agency manages its resources and partnerships, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Support checking the accuracy of procurement contracts according to the Company policy
• Collect influencer contact info, quotation per the latest date checking, and the status of job confirmation
• Consolidate vendors' quotations per campaign brief and perform a comparison
• Vendor assessment/ranking: to track how many ratecards are received from vendors and give an overall evaluation of their performance
• New vendor sourcing: keep track of vendor info, credentials, rate card…
• Support to ensure the procurement of services/products is correct in quantity and quality according to the department’s requirements
• Ensuring the procurement terms and conditions agreed with vendors (delivery terms, payment terms, etc.)
• Supporting cooperation with the Finance department for effective payment progress
• Other tasks as directed by the Procurement Manager

Who You Are

• A recognized university degree
• Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheet, and Google Slides is a must
• Highly motivated with a desire to learn
• Attention to detail, the ability to multitask
• Be able to commit to working full-time for at least 3 months
