As a Senior Executive, People Development, you will be instrumental in driving our organization's talent strategy. You will lead the design and implementation of comprehensive career development programs, learning initiatives, and performance management systems. Your role will be crucial in fostering a high-performance culture that empowers employees to reach their full potential.
What you'll do
Strategic Talent Development:
- Develop and execute a long-term talent development strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.
- Design and implement robust career frameworks, including career paths for building key talent pipelines.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify critical talent needs and develop targeted development plans.
Learning and Development:
- Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of comprehensive training and development programs.
- Partner with external training providers to source innovative learning solutions.
- Leverage technology to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Conduct the training session of company fundamental training
Performance Management:
- Lead the semi annual performance review process, ensuring it is fair, consistent, and aligned with strategic goals.
- Coach managers on effective performance management techniques, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching.
- Implement robust performance improvement plans to address performance gaps.
Employee Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through initiatives such as recognition programs, team-building activities, and employee surveys.
- Promote a growth mindset and encourage continuous learning and development.
- Identify and address employee concerns and provide timely solutions.
Data-Driven Insights:
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent development initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on talent development and workforce planning.
Who You Are
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in HR Development, Training, or Talent Management roles.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with talent management systems and learning platforms.
- Familiarity with performance appraisal tools and methodologies.
Soft Skills:
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
