As a Data Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in managing data integrity and identity access management (IAM), designing impactful reports, and collaborating with teams to enhance our systems and operations. What You'll Do
Data and Identity Access Management:
- Collect, process, and analyze data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity by using SQL.
- Design and deliver comprehensive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for teams across Finance, HR, Sales, and Tech.
- Oversee identity access management (IAM) for NetSuite, WebExpenses, Google Workspace, and other software accounts across AnyMind Group’s regions, ensuring optimal functionality, efficient access management, and accurate data maintenance.
Integration:
- Lead the integration of new software tools with existing platforms such as HRIS, Slack, and Google Workspace, enhancing productivity and user experience through well-designed workflows.
- Coordinate with support teams and third-party integration partners for smooth operations.
Migration:
- Oversee the migration of software accounts during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to integrate acquired companies into AnyMind Group’s systems.
User Support & Training:
- Serve as the primary ERP contact for software-related inquiries, providing and developing expert support, and user training, and driving system adoption across AnyMind Group’s region operations.
System Optimization and Maintenance:
- Design, implement, and maintain custom configurations in NetSuite/WebExpenses to meet user needs and optimize workflows.
- Continuously evaluate and improve system performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Finance, HR and Tech processes.
- Conduct regular audits and troubleshoot issues to maintain data integrity and operational efficiency.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT administration including Google Workspace, data management, and cloud systems
- Proficiency in SQL development and SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0)
- Proficiently in English
- Full proficiency in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and the NetSuite data model
- Excellent skill in Google Spreadsheet and Google Apps Script
- Knowledge of accounting/financial principles (billing, payments, revenue recognition, reporting) a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for user training and support
